Burst my bubble

OK, OK...I know I shouldn't be weighing myself yet, but I just had too. I dropped 3 lbs since Friday. That's motivation for me. The liquid diet is not easy but neither is being obese. This is absolutely one of the biggest life changing choices I have ever made. It's interesting at how quickly your mind set and focus can change in life. Just a couple of months ago I was depressed and thinking how iIwish I could do something for entertainment that eating and watching TV. It saddened me that I couldn't go to the beach and do all it has to offer...running in the sand, bicycling or rollerblading, sand volleyball, dancing at the beach parties or even a long sunset romantic walk with my beau! all of this may seem simple to everyone else...but not so easy for the obese woman who can't walk for more than 5 minutes without pain, or can't balance on a bicycle...much less run and jump and dance. So now my dreams are...can't wait for my tread climber gets here, can't wait to walk my dogs for an hour, can't wait to play 18 holes of golf with my husband, can't wait to run on the shore of the gulf, can't wait to go hiking, can't wait to go shopping for something besides stretch pants and size 5x t-shirst. How great I'm gonna look in a size 8 everything. Too ambitious? I think not!!!I'm so ready and determined. Ive been missing out on life and its time to wake up from my fat coma and start living. Look out world, I'm coming out of my "bubble", literally!!!!
