I just ordered the Bowflex Treadclimber. my Surgeon recommended it and said it was the best overall workout. It should be here right after my surgery. Im so happy...no embarrassing gym moments or excercising in brutal Texas heat. just one more positive step towards a healthier and lighter life. happy girl
